Here's What To Do

Go on an outdoor walk and ask your child to collect natural materials, like leaves, grass, twigs, pebbles, flowers, weeds, acorns, pine needles, and etc.

Give your child paper and glue to create a picture with the natural materials

  • Ask your child to describe the textures of the materials
  • Ask your child, “what picture can you make with these materials”?
